Saïd Maanrifa Ibrahima has been appointed President of LEMA, the Mayotte Water Authority.
Mayor of M’tsangamouji since 2014, with several consecutive terms, he has accumulated considerable experience in municipal management. For over ten years, this executive has led the affairs of his municipality, spearheaded local development projects, and participated in the implementation of public policies. His career demonstrates a strong understanding of the territorial challenges facing Mayotte.
In addition to his elected duties, the President also runs his own business. At the helm of LEMA, Saïd Maanrifa Ibrahima will be responsible for continuing the rollout of the Mayotte Water Plan 2024-2027. This program aims to improve water resource management, modernize infrastructure, and guarantee better access to drinking water for residents.
