Gabriel Juneau has been appointed General Manager of Constance Le Chaland, Constance Hotels & Resorts’ new luxury hotel on the southeast coast of Mauritius.

With over 15 years of international experience, he has worked in Canada, China, the United Arab Emirates, Madagascar, and the Seychelles, developing solid expertise in operational management, leadership, and customer service. Prior to his role in Mauritius, Juneau was Hotel Manager of Constance Lemuria Seychelles, where he oversaw all operations. Previously, he managed Constance Tsarabanjina Madagascar, successfully maintaining high customer satisfaction while effectively motivating teams in a remote environment.

At Constance Le Chaland, Juneau will support the teams in implementing the group’s DNA: an Art of Living characterized by natural luxury, attentive service, and meticulous attention to detail. The hotel, designed as a natural sanctuary, will offer experiences centered around gastronomy, wine, wellness, and reconnecting with nature.
