Dr. Moilim Amir has been appointed CEO of Comores Telecom, marking the beginning of a new phase for the national operator. A PhD in economics, he is recognized for his experience in public management and development planning.
Prior to this appointment, Dr. Amir held several senior positions, including Director General of Planning at the Ministry of Economy and Technical Advisor to the government. He also worked as a consultant for international organizations on projects related to the modernization of the public sector and telecommunications.
Through his career, the new CEO has acquired a solid reputation for leading reforms and managing complex projects. This experience will be an asset in implementing the “Comores Telecom 2028” plan, which aims to modernize the network, energize staff, and relaunch the Huri Money product.
