Laura Magnon-Pujo has been appointed Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Belmond.

With over 17 years of experience in human resources, she brings recognized expertise in governance, talent development, and change management. Before joining Belmond, Magnon-Pujo spent eight years at Moët Hennessy, where she was Head of HR for the EMEA region, supporting teams in more than 80 markets. Her career also includes roles at De Beers Diamond Jewellers and LVMH Beauty UK, where she contributed to strengthening corporate culture and team performance.

A graduate of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University and the École des Psychologues Praticiens (School of Practicing Psychologists), this expert combines strategic rigor with a keen understanding of the human element. Her appointment reflects the group’s commitment to placing talent development and corporate culture at the heart of its sustainable growth strategy.
