Cyril Segonds has been appointed Managing Director of Brasserie BB Lomé in Togo.
This appointment marks a new phase for the company, a key player in the Togolese industrial sector. The new Managing Director is expected to accelerate the brewery’s growth, in a context marked by the promotion of local consumption and the development of national agricultural products.
The company intends to increase its use of local raw materials such as rice and corn to support the country’s agricultural sectors.
Cyril Segonds has nearly 30 years of experience in sub-Saharan Africa. Before Togo, he led SOLIBRA in Côte d’Ivoire since 2023. He also headed BRACONGO in the Democratic Republic of Congo from 2019, both subsidiaries of the Castel Group.
Trained as an engineer, this executive has also held management positions in industry and equipment, notably at Tractafric Equipment in Gabon and CFAO Automotive Equipment & Services, covering several African markets.
