Delphine Colle has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Public Establishment for Reconstruction and Development of Mayotte (EPRDM), as the State’s representative for overseas territories. She is head of the Ecology, Housing, Sustainable Development and Planning Office at the Directorate General for Overseas Territories (DGOM).
In her role, Colle coordinates public policies on housing, land use planning, the environment, and climate for the overseas departments and communities. This position works with ministries, decentralized services, and local stakeholders to adapt State actions to the needs of these territories.
Delphine Colle also represents the State in several important bodies. The expert is a member of the board of directors of the Public Land and Development Establishment of Mayotte (EPFAM), the French Biodiversity Office (OFB), the Social Rental Housing Guarantee Fund (CGLLS) and the supervisory board of the company Électricité de Mayotte (EDM).
