Ali Mlipva Youssouf is appointed Director General of the National Solidarity and Social Insurance Fund (CNSPS) of the Comoros, succeeding Amadi Sidi after eight years of service. The latter has solid political experience, having held the position of Secretary General of parties close to President Azali Assoumani.
This experience allowed him to fully understand the functioning of Comorian institutions and to participate in the organization of important constitutional referendums. During his first meeting with the press on August 7, Mlipva presented the main missions of the CNSPS, which manages schemes linked to work accidents, maternity and widowhood.
The new CEO insisted on the importance for employers to register their employees with the fund so that they benefit from the rights provided by law. This obligation aims to strengthen the social protection of workers.
