Mamadou Dian Diallo becomes the country representative of the African Institute for Strategic Reflection (IARS) in Guinea. A magistrate and criminal judge at the Mafanco Court of First Instance in Conakry, Mamadou Dian Diallo is a graduate of the General Lansana Conté University of Sonfonia.
Recognized for his rigor and commitment, this figure is also an active member of the OHADA Circle of Guinea. His participation in the 2018 OHADA International Competition for “Burgeoning Geniuses” demonstrated his mastery of legal issues.
Author of several books, such as “Becoming a Magistrate in Guinea” and “Criminal Liability of Legal Entities under Guinean Law,” as well as co-author of the “Manual of Economic Intelligence in Africa,” this figure contributes to the development of Africa. Teaching law at the UGLC-SC helps train future legal professionals.
