Professor Abdellatif Komat has been appointed Director of Institutional Relations and Human Capital at ESCA School of Management. This appointment is an important step for the school, which aims to strengthen its institutional relations and focus on talent management.

Holding a doctorate in economics and management, the new director brings extensive experience in higher education. Professor Komat served as Vice President of Hassan II University in Casablanca and Dean of the Faculty of Legal, Economic, and Social Sciences in Casablanca. The expert also led private higher education institutions for 18 years and actively participated in research and scientific cooperation at the national and international levels.

The Professor has also served on committees of the Ministry of Higher Education and held important positions within the CGEM and GIPSI. The Director is also deeply involved in social initiatives, particularly for the empowerment of women and the integration of young people into the labor market.
