Anne-Gaëlle Baudoin takes over as head of the DGOM

Anne-Gaëlle Baudoin has been appointed head of the Directorate General for Overseas Territories (DGOM). She succeeds Prefect Olivier Jacob, who led the DGOM for over two years.

Aged 53, Baudoin is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and an alumna of the École Nationale d’Administration (ENA). The new Director General has spent much of her career in public service, holding several senior positions within the Ministry of the Interior. She notably served as sub-prefect and prefect in the Hautes-Pyrénées, Dordogne, and Puy-de-Dôme departments.

In 2020, she took over as head of the National Agency for Secure Documents (ANTS), now known as France Titres. There, she led significant modernization projects to facilitate online administrative procedures and improve the quality of public service.

Anne-Gaëlle Baudoin, Knight of the National Order of Merit and Officer of Agricultural Merit, now puts her experience to use for the development and cohesion of overseas territories, within a key department of the Ministry of the Interior and Overseas Territories.
