Valentine Piedelievre-Eman has been appointed Chief Communications Officer of Ubisoft, effective February 2, 2026. She will be responsible for leading the group’s overall communications and brand strategy and will report to Cécile Russeil, Executive Vice President in charge of communications, corporate affairs, diversity and inclusion, human resources, and the legal department.
Prior to joining Ubisoft, Ms. Piedelievre-Eman served as Vice President of Corporate Communications for Western Europe and Africa at Warner Bros. Discovery. There, she oversaw corporate communications and press relations for France, the Benelux countries, Germany, and Africa, covering all of the group’s activities, including Warner Bros. Pictures, HBO Max, Discovery, and Eurosport.
Her international experience and in-depth knowledge of the entertainment industry will be key assets for Ubisoft. Piedelievre-Eman will contribute to strengthening the group’s brand image, developing its international communications, and consolidating its relationships with the media, partners, and communities worldwide. Her appointment reflects the importance Ubisoft places on clear, consistent, and effective communication to support its global growth.
