Moloma Sylvestre Mathurin has been appointed Vice Resident Representative of RCEEDAO for the Central African Republic (Network of Chambers of European Experts – West Africa Department).
With a diverse academic and professional background, Moloma combines expertise in international relations, languages, surveying, and mining. He studied international relations and political science at the Institute of International Relations and Political Science (ILERI), learned English at Language Studies International (LSI) in Paris, pursued studies in civil engineering at the École Spéciale des Travaux Publics (ESTP) and in geometry and surveying at ISTEC in Montpellier, and specialized in diamonds and gold at the School of Subsoil Experts in Antwerp, Belgium.
In his new role, he represents RCEEDAO in the CAR and works to create a space for exchange and collaboration between Central African and international stakeholders.
