JPM: Lilia Randriamifidimanana is re-elected as head

Lilia Randriamifidimanana has been re-elected President of the Young Employers of Madagascar (JPM) for a two-year term. This election marks her second term, after serving as interim president and being first elected in 2024.

A dynamic entrepreneur, she is also the head of IVANA, a company she founded in Madagascar. This company is innovating in the construction sector by enabling Malagasy people living abroad to build real estate remotely, demonstrating her initiative and ability to combine technology with local economic development.

Since 2022, Lilia Randriamifidimanana has led the JPM and represents the organization in public-private dialogues, meetings with authorities, and collaborations with economic partners. Her role is to support young entrepreneurs and create a strong network for the country’s enterprising youth.

For this new term, Lilia Randriamifidimanana aims to strengthen the JPM’s structures, expand its network, and give a stronger voice to young Malagasy entrepreneurs. Her commitment is to promote entrepreneurship and support young people in accessing new and innovative economic opportunities.
