Aya Moukala was appointed General Secretary of the Mayelia Participations Group on August 11, 2025. A recognized expert in private equity and corporate financing in French-speaking Africa, the new manager has worked for renowned institutions such as Joliba Capital, Investisseurs & Partenaires (I&P) and Emerging Capital Partners (ECP).

During her career, SG has contributed to major operations promoting the growth of high-impact businesses in key sectors for African economic development. This specialist masters financial issues, governance and strategic support for businesses.

In his new role, Moukala will manage the Legal & Taxation, Human Capital, Financing, Investor Relations and Institutional Positioning departments. Its main mission will be to optimize collective performance and guarantee the effective implementation of the priorities of the group’s second three-year plan.
