Kevin Deris has been appointed Director of Malagasy Television (TVM) since July 30, 2025.

A renowned director and producer, the new Director is a major figure in audiovisual production in Madagascar. Founder and Managing Director of DL Visual, the Director also runs DL Studio, a modern film studio located in Tanjombato, Antananarivo.

Since 2015, Deris has produced numerous prestigious projects for Malagasy brands, including a widely acclaimed corporate spot for Connecteo. His experience extends beyond national borders: the Director has collaborated on international artistic projects, such as “Ramanenjana,” produced in Canada and Romania with renowned artists such as Gaby Saranouffi and Simona Deaconescu. The former Director of TVM, Nampoina Ranarivelo, now Managing Director of ORTM, served as interim director prior to this handover.
