Frédéric Flacassier appointed Director General of Central Africa at Razel-Bec

Frédéric Flacassier has been appointed Managing Director for the Central Africa region at Razel-Bec, a subsidiary of the Fayat Group. This manager has over twenty years of experience in Africa and has made a name for himself as a recognized construction expert.

Since 2020, this new Managing Director has led Razel-Bec’s activities in Chad and the Central African Republic. Based in N’Djamena, Flacassier has assembled a strong team of around ten international employees and several hundred local staff, and has won several major contracts, notably with the French army. Before Razel-Bec, this expert led the Central and East Africa region at Sogea-Satom, then took over as Africa Director at NGE in 2018, deepening his knowledge of African markets.

In this new role, the CEO now oversees operations in Cameroon, Razel-Bec’s historic market, as well as in the Republic of Congo, which considerably broadens the scope of his responsibilities.
