Thomas Cochin has been appointed CRM Director for Southern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at ServiceNow.
Based in Paris, he will lead a team tasked with modernizing customer interactions and integrating artificial intelligence into the company’s processes.
With over twenty years of experience, Thomas Cochin has a strong background in customer relations and innovation. He began his career at Coheris before leading Dynamics CRM and ERP offerings at Microsoft France.
An entrepreneur, he founded ByPath, a social selling solution acquired by Kompass, and then joined Salesforce, where he worked on integrating AI into the customer experience.
