Abdullah Othman Al-Musa has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Amana Cooperative Insurance. This decision was approved on January 1, 2026, by the Saudi Insurance Authority (SI).

With over 31 years of experience, Abdullah Othman Al-Musa is a recognized expert in the communications, IT, and internet sectors. He specializes in business launch and management, restructuring, governance, and strategic consulting. He holds a PhD in Computer Science, a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

Throughout his career, Al-Musa has held several senior positions, including Supervisor at the General Information Administration, Head of the Internet Services Unit at King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology, and Chairman of SaudiNet (STC). The new Chairman also held leadership positions at Saudi Data (STC).

Before becoming president, this official had already played a key role within Amana as Vice-President of the Board, Chairman of the Executive Committee and Chairman of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee.
