Ayissi Dieudonné Hervé has been appointed Deputy Managing Director of Afriland First Bank.

With 16 years of experience within the Afriland First Group, Ayissi Dieudonné Hervé is a recognized professional in the banking sector. He has spent over ten years in key positions at Afriland First Bank Cameroon, contributing to the development and structuring of the bank’s activities. He holds an Executive MBA from Southern Polytechnic State University in Atlanta, in partnership with the PKF Fokam Institute of Excellence, which strengthens his expertise in management, governance, and finance.

According to the bank’s management, this appointment aims to strengthen the leadership team and support the group’s development strategy in a demanding banking environment. Ayissi Dieudonné Hervé’s official assumption of his duties is, however, subject to approval by the supervisory authorities. With this new management team and the 2026 budget approved, the company confirms its commitment to remaining a key player in financing the Cameroonian and sub-regional economy.
