Adil Rzal has been appointed Chief Risk Officer of the Banque Centrale Populaire (BCP) Group in Morocco, the Board of Directors announced at its meeting on December 17, 2025, chaired by Naziha Belkeziz.
Aged 50, Mr. Rzal has over 17 years of experience within the BCP Group. He previously served as Chairman of the Management Board of Banque Populaire Rabat-Kenitra.
Throughout his career, he has developed diverse expertise, ranging from private equity and banking operations to leasing. His background allows him to understand all of the Group’s business lines and support its development strategy.
A graduate engineer from École Centrale Paris, Rzal joins the leadership of a major Moroccan institution, present in 32 countries and comprised of eight regional Banque Populaire banks, specialized subsidiaries, and foundations. His appointment reflects the BCP Group’s desire to consolidate its activities, secure its operations and support the financing of the national economy, while continuing its international development.
