Samy Touhouche has officially taken the helm of Algérienne Vie, known commercially as “Algerian Gulf Life Insurance Company” (AGLIC).
With nearly 15 years of experience, he has worked in several major Algerian institutions, including the National Savings and Provident Fund (CNEP-Banque), Cash Assurances, and the National Bank of Algeria (BNA). This experience has allowed him to strengthen his expertise in banking and insurance and contribute to the modernization of financial and insurance services.
In 2020, Touhouche joined the company as Chairman of the Board, a role in which he led the company’s strategy and governance. Building on this experience, he now assumes the role of CEO with the objective of consolidating the company’s market position and supporting its future expansion.
