Rivo Rakotondrasanjy has been appointed Managing Director of AA Environment and Partners’ Madagascar & Indian Ocean subsidiary.
A well-known figure in the Malagasy economic landscape, he has extensive experience in project management and collaboration with various stakeholders, both public and private. His career demonstrates a deep understanding of local realities and an ability to lead innovative initiatives tailored to the region’s needs.
In his new role, Rivo Rakotondrasanjy will be responsible for developing the company’s activities in Madagascar and the Indian Ocean. The new Managing Director will be tasked with deploying data-driven technological solutions to support regional development.
The announcement was made on March 18 in Paris, during the MADATLAS program, a joint initiative of Gustave Eiffel University and the University of Fianarantsoa, with support from the French Development Agency (AFD).
