Vincent Desvaux de Marigny, a seasoned professional in the hotel industry, has been an integral part of the Attitude Hotels Group in Mauritius since 2010. Over the years, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication, steadily climbing the corporate ladder to become a trusted confidant of the company’s founder, Jean-Michel Pitot.
With the Attitude Group commemorating its 15th anniversary in 2023, Jean-Michel Pitot made a significant announcement by appointing Vincent Desvaux de Marigny as the Deputy CEO of Attitude Hospitality Management Ltd (AHML), effective from the start of the year.
Vincent brings a wealth of experience to his new role, boasting nearly two decades of expertise in the hotel industry. Armed with an Executive Master’s degree in Marketing from HEC Paris University, he has honed his skills and knowledge through various leadership positions. Prior to joining Attitude, Vincent played a pivotal role in developing the French and South European markets for Veranda Resorts.
His journey with the Attitude Group commenced in April 2010 when he assumed the role of Sales & Marketing Director. Recognized for his exceptional performance, he swiftly ascended to the position of Executive Director in March 2011. Vincent’s appointment as Deputy CEO reflects his proven track record and unwavering commitment to driving excellence within the organization.
