Hinansou Nassour Baraka has been appointed Chief of Staff to the Secretary of State for Telecommunications, the Digital Economy, and the Digitalization of the Administration, by decree No. 5176/PR/PM/TEND/2026.

This appointment, made official by the Chadian authorities, reflects the country’s commitment to strengthening the digital sector. Prior to this appointment, Hinansou Nassour Baraka built his career within the Chadian public administration. He held several positions in coordination and administrative management, which gave him a thorough understanding of how public institutions operate.

He also participated in monitoring several public policies and managing institutional projects. These experiences have provided him with a strong grasp of the challenges related to governance and the organization of government services.

Thanks to his experience and skills in administrative coordination, Baraka is expected to support the ongoing reforms. In this position, his mission will be to support the digital transformation of the administration and to contribute to the development of telecommunications infrastructure, in a context of progressive modernization of the Chadian public sector.
