The Office of the President announces the appointment of the new Board of directors of the Public Utilities Corporation. Mr. Stephen Rousseau has been appointed the new President, and Mr. Dilip Shah has been appointed vice president.
The other members of the Board are Mr. Joel Valmont, Mrs. Irène Croisée, Mrs. Nanette Laure, Mrs. Taryn Auguste, Mr. Bertrand Belle, Mrs. Ingrid Sinon, Mr. Mike Tirant, and Mr. Naddy Banane. The members of the Board of Directors have been appointed for 3 years starting from February 1, 2024.
