On May 26, 2024, Nicolas de Blanpré was appointed as the head of COTCo. Previously with the oil company Perenco, he will now oversee the operations of COTCo, which is 31.06 % owned by Savannah Energy. COTCo owns and operates the Cameroonian section of the Chad-Cameroon export pipeline, which extends over 1,000 kilometers.
