Mr. Andy Gobine, the newly appointed Deputy Director General, holds an MA in Arts, Leadership, and Strategic Management from the National University of Ireland. With over 23 years of professional experience spanning both the public and private sectors, Mr. Gobine’s diverse background adds valuable insight to his new role. These appointments mark a significant step forward for the Maritime Safety Authority, as it strengthens its leadership team with individuals of exceptional competence and experience.
