The Communication Technologies Regulatory Authority (Artec) has published the interconnection and access catalogs of Madagascar’s four main telecom operators.

The Artec website now features documents from Airtel Madagascar, Orange Madagascar, Telma SA, and Gulfsat. According to Artec, this initiative aims to « improve transparency and efficiency in Madagascar’s telecommunications market ». The catalogs provide detailed information on interconnection and access offers, including technical requirements, tariffs, and sales.

Artec considers this publication a significant milestone for Madagascar’s telecommunications sector. This initiative complies with article 17 of Decree N°2023-97, which outlines the conditions and procedures for interconnection and access to telecommunications networks.
