Héléna Rasolonirina has been appointed the new Receiver General of Antananarivo (RGA). The transfer of power from her predecessor, Eva Andrianasolo Maminiaina, took place on June 23, 2025, at the Public Treasury headquarters.
During the ceremony, several Treasury officials, including Olivia Hanitra Randriana, Acting Director General, emphasized the importance of this demanding position. Dorette Ratsiavahana Mbinison, Director of Budget Control, expressed her confidence in Rasolonirina’s skills to meet the challenges ahead.
Prior to this appointment, RASOLONIRINA Héléna gained extensive experience by serving for five years as the Central Accounting Officer for diplomatic and consular posts. She will be responsible for continuing projects to improve non-tax resources and implementing rigorous accrual accounting.
