OHADA: A Togolese Judge Takes His Place at the CCJA

Yaovi Olivier SRONVIE has been appointed Judge of the OHADA Common Court of Justice and Arbitration (CCJA) for a seven-year term.

The announcement, made during the fifty-ninth session of the OHADA Council of Ministers in N’Djamena, Chad, recognizes a career marked by excellence and commitment to justice.

A former President of the Lomé Court of Appeal, SRONVIE has extensive legal expertise. His experience includes directing national legislation, serving as interim President of the National Human Rights Commission (CNDH), and serving as an advisor to the Minister of Justice.

The CCJA, based in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, is the organization’s highest judicial body. The court ensures the uniform application of business law in all seventeen member states and provides a stable framework for investors and economic actors.
