Hannafi Cissé has been appointed Managing Director of Yas Senegal, effective August 1, 2025. This change follows the departure of Kamal Okba, who has held the position since July 2024.

The new CEO brings nearly twenty years of experience in the telecommunications sector. Until his appointment, the expert held the position of Executive Director in charge of Mergers and Acquisitions at AXIAN Telecom. His background also includes several positions at the Orange Group, in Côte d’Ivoire, Madagascar, France, as well as in the Middle East and Africa region, where he held the position of Deputy Chief Financial Officer.

Trained at ENSIMAG in telecommunications and applied mathematics, Cissé also holds an MBA from ESSEC, a leading French business school. This dual technical and managerial expertise is a major asset for the future.
