Comores Telecom: modernization and customer proximity to celebrate 20 years

Towards an improved customer experience thanks to new spaces

A new retail space was inaugurated on May 31, 2025, at Comores Telecom’s headquarters, marking the national operator’s 20th anniversary.

This inauguration was accompanied by the opening of a Network Operations Center (NOC), in the presence of the Minister of Telecommunications, Oumouri Madi Hassani.

This infrastructure aims to improve the customer experience by offering innovative, accessible services tailored to subscribers’ growing needs. The implementation of a technical network monitoring platform ensures optimal management and enhanced service continuity.

The Minister of Telecommunications expressed the government’s confidence in Comores Telecom, emphasizing the importance of defining priorities, particularly personnel and network quality. The need to provide Comorians with efficient and consistent service was emphasized, as was the importance placed on digital technology by the President of the Republic, a topic regularly discussed during ministerial meetings.

The company’s vision focuses on supporting the national digital transition by 2030, with the ambition of ensuring universal access to the internet throughout the country. Thanks were extended to the Ministry, its technology partner Huawei, its teams, and its customers for their loyalty and support.

The ceremony concluded with an open house, allowing visitors to discover the new spaces, symbols of a commitment to innovation and service to the Comorians.
