Two children’s novels presented by young authors from the commune
On August 20, 2025, the commune of Bouéni is organizing “Bouéni S’exprime,” a morning dedicated to youth and creativity.
The event showcases the talent of young people while introducing the culture and heritage of the commune, according to the official press release.
The morning begins with the presentation of the writing and painting workshops, carried out as part of the national project “C’est mon patrimoine.” Led by writer Amir Ali and painter Said Ali Sola, the young people created works that reflect their history and environment. These creations are exhibited for the public.
Following this, four young authors from Bouéni present their two children’s novels. Accompanied by the Sociocultural Center and Amir Ali, these young authors read excerpts from their books, interacted with the public, and signed autographs. This event allows residents to discover new literary talents.
The morning concludes with a fashion show featuring sewing and embroidery workshops. Participants showcase their skills and creativity, promoting local traditions and artisanal work.
Through “Bouéni S’exprime,” the town also aims to showcase its heritage and culture. The event offers residents and visitors an opportunity to discover the beauty and richness of Bouéni.
