The organization strengthens its teams through the GROW program
The GROW program, launched in 2022 by C-Care in partnership with the Charles Telfair Institute, is divided into two complementary tracks: GROW Leaders and GROW Specialists.
The GROW Leaders track is aimed at employees identified as future leaders as part of succession planning. The GROW Specialists track aims to strengthen the expertise of employees wishing to deepen or specialize in their field of activity. Each track includes approximately fifteen modules tailored to the organization’s strategic needs.
As part of its commitment to excellence and the development of its human resources, C-Care celebrated the successful completion of the first graduating class of this program. The cohort, composed of 38 employees selected for their potential to hold leadership positions, successfully completed this demanding program.
Graduates include phlebotomists, specialists in blood collection procedures, a key profession in Mauritius’ rapidly expanding healthcare sector. This two-year training program provided these professionals with the skills needed to ensure optimal patient care. According to Annabelle Lonborg-Nielsen, Chief People & Continuous Improvement Officer at C-Care, “Employee development is a key factor in ensuring the quality and sustainability of care.”
The Project reflects this ambition by supporting talented individuals at every stage of their career path, providing them with the tools they need to grow and take on greater responsibilities. “We warmly congratulate this first promotion and are confident in the positive contribution they will make to our organization,” she said.
