Three winners received financial support ranging from 750,000 FCFA (1,338.64 USD) to 250,000 FCFA, along with a free Yas loan for one year and health coverage. This program aims to strengthen the economic autonomy of women and consolidate their role in the entrepreneurial community.
At the same time, the Startup Weekend brought together young talents from the four islands. Three innovative projects stood out. The National Investment Promotion Agency offered free registration of their companies and financing of their share capital. The first winner also received a seed fund of 500,000 FCFA. These initiatives provide a real boost to young project leaders.
The event was a venue for dynamic exchanges. Original products, modern services, and partnership opportunities enlivened the aisles. The discussions paved the way for new collaborations and strengthened synergies between economic stakeholders.
According to the organizer, “this edition confirms a strong trend: youth, the diaspora and women are becoming essential drivers of the national economy. The Business Fair outlines a resolutely innovative and inclusive perspective for the future.”
