The Biolojika Show is preparing its 4th edition in Antananarivo

Discovering organic businesses on the East Coast before the event

On May 20, 2025, in Antananarivo, the Malagasy Organic Agriculture Union (SYMABIO) officially launched the 4th edition of the Biolojika Fair, a key event promoting organic agriculture in Madagascar.

This fair, which will be held on June 20 and 21 at the Carlton Anosy Hotel, benefits from significant support from the PADEIR project, a program funded by the European Union.

For several years, PADEIR has been supporting Madagascar in its transition to more sustainable and environmentally friendly agricultural practices. This collaboration is now reflected in increased support for the organization of the Fair, which aims to bring together stakeholders in Malagasy agroecology.

Under the theme “Ny BIO ho an’ny Malagasy,” the event aims to encourage Malagasy people to adopt responsible local consumption practices while highlighting the richness of organic products from the region. More than 30 exhibitors, practical workshops, conferences, and a B2B space will be offered to foster the sharing of expertise and the development of a strong professional network.

In the lead-up, field visits are scheduled from June 16 to 19 on the east coast, allowing participants to discover companies committed to organic agriculture.

This partnership with PADEIR strengthens the show’s national reach and underlines the importance of international cooperation in structuring Madagascar’s organic sectors.
