Herilalaina Ravelomanana appointed ICC Ambassador for the Indian Ocean and Africa

Herilalaina Ravelomanana has been appointed Ambassador of the International Catering Cup (ICC) for the Indian Ocean region and several African countries, including Madagascar, Réunion, Mauritius, Seychelles, Gabon, Côte d’Ivoire, and Togo, for the period 2025-2027. With extensive experience in promoting excellent gastronomy, Ravelomanana has established himself as a key player in promoting Malagasy culinary talent internationally.

This appointment demonstrates his commitment to promoting Malagasy gastronomic culture beyond its borders. As an ICC Ambassador, Ravelomanana’s mission will be to represent the organization and promote the participation of chefs and caterers from the countries concerned in the prestigious global competition.
