Ce projet s\u2019inscrit dans la promesse de campagne du pr\u00e9sident John Mahama lors de l\u2019\u00e9lection pr\u00e9sidentielle de 2024 et vise \u00e0 stimuler l\u2019\u00e9conomie locale ainsi que les \u00e9changes commerciaux r\u00e9gionaux.<\/p>\n<h2>Un accord officiel sign\u00e9 \u00e0 Accra<\/h2>\n<p>La signature officielle de l\u2019accord de subvention a eu lieu le 7 juillet 2025 au minist\u00e8re des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res \u00e0 Accra. Le ministre ghan\u00e9en Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa a sign\u00e9 au nom du gouvernement du Ghana, tandis que l\u2019ambassadeur chinois Tong Defa a repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 P\u00e9kin.<\/p>\n<p>Cette c\u00e9r\u00e9monie marque une nouvelle \u00e9tape dans la coop\u00e9ration strat\u00e9gique sino-ghan\u00e9enne, d\u00e9j\u00e0 illustr\u00e9e par le succ\u00e8s du march\u00e9 de Kotokuraba \u00e0 Cape Coast, \u00e9galement financ\u00e9 par la Chine.<\/p>\n<h2>Un projet strat\u00e9gique pour la r\u00e9gion de la Volta<\/h2>\n<p>Le march\u00e9 d\u2019Aflao est destin\u00e9 \u00e0 devenir un carrefour commercial majeur reliant le Ghana au Togo et \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble de la r\u00e9gion ouest-africaine. Il facilitera les \u00e9changes entre Aflao, les zones \u00e9conomiques de Ho au Ghana et Lom\u00e9 au Togo, renfor\u00e7ant ainsi l\u2019int\u00e9gration r\u00e9gionale et cr\u00e9ant de nombreux emplois directs et indirects. Le projet inclura des infrastructures modernes garantissant un environnement commercial s\u00fbr et efficace.<\/p>\n<h2>Une coop\u00e9ration sino-ghan\u00e9enne fructueuse<\/h2>\n<p>Le financement chinois s\u2019inscrit dans la continuit\u00e9 d\u2019une relation bilat\u00e9rale solide entre les deux pays. Le march\u00e9 de Kotokuraba, construit gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un financement similaire, est devenu un mod\u00e8le de modernisation urbaine et de dynamisation \u00e9conomique. Le nouveau march\u00e9 d\u2019Aflao ambitionne de reproduire ce succ\u00e8s en apportant des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices tangibles \u00e0 la population locale et en renfor\u00e7ant l\u2019\u00e9conomie transfrontali\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<h2>Perspectives et engagements<\/h2>\n<p>Le ministre Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa a salu\u00e9 ce soutien chinois, soulignant que ce projet honore l\u2019engagement du pr\u00e9sident Mahama et contribuera \u00e0 la croissance \u00e9conomique r\u00e9gionale. L\u2019ambassadeur Tong Defa a de son c\u00f4t\u00e9 insist\u00e9 sur l\u2019importance de projets concrets et centr\u00e9s sur les populations, t\u00e9moignant de la volont\u00e9 de P\u00e9kin de
