{"id":95475,"date":"2025-06-20T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2025-06-19T21:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.capmad.com\/zimbabwe-le-fmi-anticipe-un-taux-de-croissance-de-6-en-2025\/"},"modified":"2025-06-20T15:00:47","modified_gmt":"2025-06-20T12:00:47","slug":"zimbabwe-le-fmi-anticipe-un-taux-de-croissance-de-6-en-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.capmad.com\/fr\/economie-fr\/zimbabwe-le-fmi-anticipe-un-taux-de-croissance-de-6-en-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Zimbabwe : le FMI anticipe un taux de croissance de 6 % en 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le Zimbabwe semble engag\u00e9 sur la voie d\u2019une reprise \u00e9conomique solide en 2025, port\u00e9e par des r\u00e9formes structurelles et des prix des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res plus favorables.<\/p>\n<h2>Un rebond \u00e9conomique apr\u00e8s une ann\u00e9e difficile <\/h2>\n<p>Le Fonds mon\u00e9taire international (FMI) pr\u00e9voit une croissance de 6 % pour l\u2019\u00e9conomie zimbabw\u00e9enne en 2025, marquant un net rebond apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9cession de 2024 provoqu\u00e9e principalement par une s\u00e9cheresse s\u00e9v\u00e8re qui a r\u00e9duit la production agricole de 15 % et affect\u00e9 la production d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 ainsi que les prix des minerais comme le platine et le lithium. <\/p>\n<p>Cette reprise est soutenue par des conditions climatiques plus favorables au premier semestre 2025 et des cours de l\u2019or \u00e0 des niveaux records, qui ont dynamis\u00e9 les secteurs agricole et minier.<\/p>\n<h2>Stabilit\u00e9 macro\u00e9conomique et r\u00e9formes structurelles <\/h2>\n<p>Le rapport du FMI souligne que cette dynamique positive repose sur une stabilit\u00e9 macro\u00e9conomique retrouv\u00e9e, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des politiques budg\u00e9taires et mon\u00e9taires rigoureuses. Parmi les r\u00e9formes salu\u00e9es figurent l\u2019arr\u00eat des op\u00e9rations quasi budg\u00e9taires de la Banque de r\u00e9serve du Zimbabwe, la stabilisation de la nouvelle monnaie adoss\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019or (ZiG), et une inflation contenue \u00e0 une moyenne mensuelle de 0,5 % entre f\u00e9vrier et mai 2025. <\/p>\n<p>Le FMI note \u00e9galement une am\u00e9lioration des recettes fiscales et une discipline accrue dans la gestion des finances publiques, malgr\u00e9 des pressions persistantes li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019augmentation des salaires dans le secteur public, au service de la dette et aux investissements publics.<\/p>\n<h2>Recommandations pour consolider la reprise <\/h2>\n<p>Pour maintenir cette trajectoire de croissance, le FMI recommande un renforcement des r\u00e9formes, notamment la r\u00e9duction du d\u00e9ficit budg\u00e9taire sans recours au financement mon\u00e9taire, une meilleure gouvernance des finances publiques, ainsi qu\u2019une transparence accrue concernant les entreprises publiques et le Fonds souverain Mutapa.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, le Fonds soutient l\u2019intention du Zimbabwe de passer \u00e0 une monnaie unique d\u2019ici 2030, tout en appelant \u00e0 clarifier les modalit\u00e9s de cette transition et \u00e0 renforcer le cadre de politique mon\u00e9taire et de change, dans un contexte o\u00f9 le pays utilise actuellement un r\u00e9gime multidevises incluant le dollar am\u00e9ricain, le rand sud-africain et le dollar zimbabw\u00e9en.<\/p>\n<h2>Perspectives et d\u00e9fis dans un contexte international complexe <\/h2>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 un environnement international marqu\u00e9 par un ralentissement \u00e9conomique mondial, des tensions commerciales et une fragmentation g\u00e9o\u00e9conomique, le Zimbabwe montre une r\u00e9silience notable. La Banque centrale pr\u00e9voit \u00e9galement une croissance de 6 % en 2025, soutenue par une bonne campagne agricole avec des r\u00e9coltes de ma\u00efs, coton et tabac en nette am\u00e9lioration, contribuant \u00e0 la stabilit\u00e9 relative des prix et du taux de change.<\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, les risques subsistent, notamment li\u00e9s \u00e0 la d\u00e9pendance aux secteurs agricole et minier, ainsi qu\u2019aux pressions sur les finances publiques<a href=\"https:\/\/bankassurafrik.com\/2025\/06\/18\/zimbabwe-la-banque-centrale-joue-la-prudence-pour-ancrer-la-stabilite\/\" target=\"_blank\"
