Nomm\u00e9e en janvier 2025 par le Premier ministre britannique Keir Starmer, elle fait partie du r\u00e9seau mondial des envoy\u00e9s commerciaux du Royaume-Uni charg\u00e9 de promouvoir les int\u00e9r\u00eats commerciaux britanniques dans plus de 70 pays.<\/b><\/p>\n<h2>L\u2019\u00e9largissement des opportunit\u00e9s commerciales<\/h2>\n<p>Lors de cette mission de quatre jours, qui se d\u00e9roule entre Accra et Kumasi, Mme Ribeiro-Addy rencontre des responsables politiques ghan\u00e9ens. Notamment, le Ministre des Finances Dr Cassiel Ato Baah Forson, celle du Commerce, de l\u2019Agribusiness et de l\u2019Industrie Elizabeth Ofosu-Adjare. Ainsi que d\u2019autres hauts fonctionnaires, chefs traditionnels, repr\u00e9sentants du monde acad\u00e9mique, des entreprises britanniques implant\u00e9es au Ghana et le Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC).<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9changes portent sur l\u2019\u00e9largissement des opportunit\u00e9s commerciales et d\u2019investissement, le renforcement de la coop\u00e9ration \u00e9conomique bilat\u00e9rale et l\u2019identification de domaines de croissance partag\u00e9e. \u00c0 Kumasi, la d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9e visitera deux projets majeurs soutenus par UK Export Finance : l\u2019a\u00e9roport de Kumasi et le bloc maternit\u00e9 de l\u2019h\u00f4pital universitaire Komfo Anokye, illustrant l\u2019appui du Royaume-Uni au d\u00e9veloppement des infrastructures dans la r\u00e9gion Ashanti.<\/p>\n<h2>Promouvoir la coop\u00e9ration en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique inclusif<\/h2>\n<p>Elle pr\u00e9side \u00e9galement une table ronde avec le Caucus parlementaire f\u00e9minin, visant \u00e0 promouvoir la coop\u00e9ration en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique inclusif et de leadership f\u00e9minin.<\/p>\n<p>Bell Ribeiro-Addy a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00eatre honor\u00e9e de repr\u00e9senter le Royaume-Uni au Ghana et se r\u00e9jouit de renforcer les relations commerciales et d\u2019explorer de nouvelles pistes de collaboration pour un avenir \u00e9conomique plus prosp\u00e8re pour les deux pays.
