Le projet, r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par Sun Africa et ses partenaires, vise \u00e0 installer des mini-r\u00e9seaux solaires et des syst\u00e8mes de traitement de l&rsquo;eau dans plusieurs provinces.<\/b><\/p>\n<h2>Investissement en faveur de Sun Africa et ses partenaires<\/h2>\n<p>Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un montant historique que Washington accorde en faveur d\u2019Angola pour l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019eau potable et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9nergie en milieu rural. L\u2019entreprise am\u00e9ricaine Sun Africa, en partenariat avec ING Capital et Omatapalo, m\u00e8ne ce projet d\u2019envergure. Au programme, la construction de 65 mini-r\u00e9seaux solaires \u00e9quip\u00e9s de syst\u00e8mes de stockage d\u2019\u00e9nergie. Ces installations alimentent les m\u00e9nages et fourniront aussi des solutions de collecte, de traitement et d\u2019\u00e9puration de l\u2019eau.<\/p>\n<p>Ce projet majeur dans les \u00e9nergies renouvelables et l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019eau en Angola s&rsquo;inscrit dans l\u2019atteinte des objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable (ODD) des Nations unies. En outre, l\u2019initiative marque un pas important vers la diminution des disparit\u00e9s r\u00e9gionales en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;infrastructure dans le pays.\u00a0 En plus de renforcer l&rsquo;ind\u00e9pendance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de l&rsquo;Angola, ce programme contribuera \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de 3 100 emplois aux \u00c9tats-Unis.<\/p>\n<p>Par cette initiative, les \u00c9tats-Unis affirment leur volont\u00e9 de renforcer leurs relations \u00e9conomiques avec l&rsquo;Angola et de promouvoir l\u2019\u00e9nergie propre en Afrique subsaharienne. Et ce tout en rivalisant avec d\u2019autres puissances pr\u00e9sentes dans la r\u00e9gion. \u00ab\u2009<i>L\u2019approbation souligne notre engagement ferme \u00e0 promouvoir les projets d\u2019\u00e9nergie renouvelable, \u00e0 soutenir les exportateurs am\u00e9ricains qui font des affaires en Afrique subsaharienne, \u00e0 approfondir nos relations \u00e9conomiques avec l\u2019Angola et \u00e0 faire progresser l\u2019initiative du Partenariat pour les infrastructures mondiales (PGI) du pr\u00e9sident Biden\u2009<\/i>\u00bb souligne la pr\u00e9sidente du conseil d\u2019administration d\u2019EXIM, Reta Jo Lewis.<\/p>\n<h2>Objectif : Acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019eau potable et l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>Le projet de Sun Africa en Angola pr\u00e9voit une s\u00e9rie d&rsquo;installations visant \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.capmad.com\/fr\/business-fr\/46-millions-usd-pour-ameliorer-lacces-a-leau-en-ethiopie\/\" target=\"_blank\" style=\"color: #eb612e\" rel=\"noopener\">am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau potable<\/a> dans plusieurs provinces. Les r\u00e9gions de Cunene, Huila, Namibe, et Cuando Cubango, b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront de 200 cabines solaires et de 60 000 syst\u00e8mes solaires domestiques. Ces installations permettent une alimentation \u00e9lectrique pour environ 827 000 personnes.<\/p>\n<p>En parall\u00e8le, 64 communaut\u00e9s b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront d&rsquo;une \u00e9lectrification gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une capacit\u00e9 solaire de 220 MW et un stockage par batteries de 286 MWh. Ces efforts permettront d\u2019\u00e9lectrifier 350 000 foyers et de fournir de l&rsquo;eau potable \u00e0 1,1 million de personnes.<\/p>\n<p>En compl\u00e9ment, Sun Africa s&rsquo;engage \u00e0 construire des parcs solaires d&rsquo;une capacit\u00e9 combin\u00e9e de 600 MW pour renforcer le r\u00e9seau \u00e9lectrique national angolais. Ce vaste programme d&rsquo;infrastructure soutiendra \u00e9galement le d\u00e9veloppement local en am\u00e9liorant les conditions de vie, la sant\u00e9, l\u2019\u00e9ducation et le bien-\u00eatre social.<\/p>\n<p>En optimisant l&rsquo;utilisation des ressources solaires abondantes de l&rsquo;Angola, ces initiatives contribuent \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction de la d\u00e9pendance aux sources d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie fossiles, \u00e0 la promotion de la durabilit\u00e9 environnementale et \u00e0 l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration des conditions de vie des communaut\u00e9s rurales.<\/p>\n<h2>Port\u00e9e strat\u00e9gique du pr\u00eat : Concurrencer la Chine<\/h2>\n<p>Le financement de la Banque EXIM s&rsquo;inscrit dans le cadre du China and Transformational Exports Program (CTEP). Ce programme soutient les entreprises am\u00e9ricaines confront\u00e9es \u00e0 la concurrence chinoise, particuli\u00e8rement intense en Angola, o\u00f9 la Chine investit massivement dans les infrastructures \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques. Pour illustrer, China Energy Engineering Corporation a r\u00e9cemment remis en service une centrale hydro\u00e9lectrique de 34 MW et poursuit la construction du plus grand barrage du pays, avec une capacit\u00e9 pr\u00e9vue de 2 172 MW.<\/p>\n<p>Face \u00e0 cette comp\u00e9tition, les \u00c9tats-Unis cherchent \u00e0 renforcer leur pr\u00e9sence en Afrique subsaharienne et \u00e0 promouvoir les exportateurs am\u00e9ricains dans des projets strat\u00e9giques.
