Ce dernier a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9, le 16 mai 2025 \u00e0 Antananarivo, ses lettres de cabinet \u00e0 la Ministre des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res, Rafaravavitafika Rasata.<\/p>\n<p>Diplomate de carri\u00e8re, Hristea cumule une riche exp\u00e9rience au sein du Minist\u00e8re roumain des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res et du Service europ\u00e9en pour l\u2019action ext\u00e9rieure. Le responsable a dirig\u00e9 les d\u00e9l\u00e9gations de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne en Arm\u00e9nie, au Kazakhstan et en Mongolie, menant des actions diplomatiques strat\u00e9giques en mati\u00e8re de coop\u00e9ration, de gouvernance et de d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n<p>Sa prise de fonction marque une nouvelle dynamique dans les relations entre l\u2019OIF et les \u00c9tats de l\u2019oc\u00e9an Indien.
