Selon Nans Mouret, responsable de la production de cacao chez Valrhona, \u00ab Madagascar est le seul pays o\u00f9 l’on peut obtenir un cacao fin \u00e0 100 %, ce qui constitue un avantage ind\u00e9niable pour l’industrie du chocolat \u00e0 l’\u00e9chelle mondiale<\/i> \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Faire de Thomas Pesquet un Ambassadeur du chocolat malgache est un acte symbolique qui souligne la renomm\u00e9e internationale du cacao de Madagascar. Valrhona, qui se procure des f\u00e8ves malgaches, a r\u00e9cemment suscit\u00e9 l’int\u00e9r\u00eat en voyant des chocolats \u00e0 la Station Spatiale Internationale avec l’astronaute Thomas Pesquet.<\/p>\n
