Ce dernier poss\u00e8de pr\u00e8s de trente ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans le secteur minier. Field a notamment travaill\u00e9 chez Rio Tinto, o\u00f9 il s\u2019occupait du d\u00e9veloppement de grands projets.<\/p>\n<p>Cette nomination intervient apr\u00e8s la d\u00e9mission de John Borshoff en octobre dernier. Ce responsable avait report\u00e9 la d\u00e9cision finale d\u2019investissement pour Tumas en attendant une hausse des prix de l\u2019uranium. Selon Chris Salisbury, Pr\u00e9sident ex\u00e9cutif de Deep Yellow, Greg Field arrive au bon moment pour finaliser l\u2019investissement et lancer le projet.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet Tumas vise \u00e0 devenir la quatri\u00e8me mine d\u2019uranium en Namibie. La mine pourra produire 3,6 millions de livres d\u2019uranium par an pendant plus de 22 ans.
