Le programme proposait deux axes principaux : le premier pour pr\u00e9parer et remporter les appels d\u2019offres, le second pour optimiser la gestion des contrats avec les donneurs d\u2019ordre. Les participants ont appris \u00e0 analyser un dossier de consultation, r\u00e9diger un m\u00e9moire technique convaincant et anticiper les crit\u00e8res de s\u00e9lection des march\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019initiative a \u00e9galement abord\u00e9 la gestion financi\u00e8re et contractuelle, les avenants, les incidents d\u2019ex\u00e9cution et les outils de contr\u00f4le du co\u00fbt de revient, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la loi d\u2019urgence du 24 f\u00e9vrier 2025. Pour Christian Traor\u00e9, PDG de CT Consulting &amp; Formation, certaines soci\u00e9t\u00e9s d\u00e9couvraient totalement le fonctionnement des march\u00e9s publics. \u00ab <i>Certains responsables n\u2019avaient jamais visit\u00e9 le site de l\u2019\u00c9tablissement pour la reconstruction de Mayotte et ne savaient pas comment r\u00e9pondre aux offres<\/i> \u00bb, a-t-il expliqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le contexte post-cyclonique offre de nombreuses opportunit\u00e9s, mais exige pr\u00e9paration et strat\u00e9gie. \u00ab <i>Avant Chido, des projets existaient d\u00e9j\u00e0. Aujourd\u2019hui, la reconstruction ouvre encore plus de possibilit\u00e9s, mais le succ\u00e8s d\u00e9pend de la capacit\u00e9 des entreprises \u00e0 planifier et organiser leur action<\/i> \u00bb, a ajout\u00e9 Christian Traor\u00e9. Ce dernier insiste \u00e9galement sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019une gouvernance solide et d\u2019une vision \u00e0 long terme pour transformer ces opportunit\u00e9s en r\u00e9sultats durables.<\/p>\n<p>Durant cette session, les participants ont r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une auto-\u00e9valuation de leur maturit\u00e9 face aux appels d\u2019offres pour identifier leurs forces et points \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer. L\u2019atelier a aussi encourag\u00e9 les alliances, la cotraitance et la sous-traitance, afin de mutualiser les comp\u00e9tences locales et renforcer la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s. Le PDG rappelle que 30 % des march\u00e9s se r\u00e9servent aux acteurs locaux, constituant un avantage strat\u00e9gique pour les entreprises bien
