Un d\u00e9pistage r\u00e9alis\u00e9 t\u00f4t offre pourtant de grandes chances de gu\u00e9rison, d\u00e9passant 90 %. D\u2019o\u00f9 l\u2019importance de sensibiliser les femmes et de faciliter l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux examens.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis 2019, l\u2019association a anim\u00e9 plus d\u2019une centaine de causeries dans diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9gions, organis\u00e9 des milliers de mammographies et \u00e9chographies mammaires, et suivi plusieurs patientes gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses campagnes annuelles. Chaque \u00e9dition rassemble en moyenne 150 consultations, un effort significatif malgr\u00e9 des moyens limit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Accf se heurte toutefois \u00e0 des difficult\u00e9s majeures. L\u2019interruption de la convention sanitaire avec Maurice bloque l\u2019\u00e9vacuation de malades n\u00e9cessitant des soins sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s. De nombreuses patientes attendent encore une solution. L\u2019organisation r\u00e9clame une reprise rapide de cette coop\u00e9ration afin de sauver des vies.<\/p>\n<p>Le pays souffre \u00e9galement d\u2019un manque criant d\u2019infrastructures adapt\u00e9es. Faute de laboratoire d\u2019anatomopathologie, les \u00e9chantillons doivent partir \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger, ce qui alourdit les d\u00e9penses pour les familles. La disparition du service autrefois disponible \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital El-Maarouf accentue cette fragilit\u00e9. L\u2019Accf presse les autorit\u00e9s sanitaires de renforcer la prise en charge locale pour garantir dignit\u00e9 et accompagnement aux malades.<\/p>\n<p>Pour l\u2019\u00e9dition en cours, l\u2019association prend en charge les mammographies des femmes de Mwali, une \u00eele encore d\u00e9pourvue d\u2019imagerie m\u00e9dicale.
