Le Pr\u00e9sident Andry Rajoelina conduit la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation malgache et interviendra lors du d\u00e9bat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral pr\u00e9vu le 23 septembre.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>La veille de l\u2019ouverture du sommet, la Ministre des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res, Rasata Rafaravavitafika, a assist\u00e9 \u00e0 la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie marquant le 80\u1d49 anniversaire de l\u2019ONU. Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement rassemble les \u00c9tats membres autour des valeurs de paix, de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, de d\u00e9veloppement durable et de respect des droits humains.<\/p>\n<p>La Pr\u00e9sidente de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, Annalena Baerbock, a rappel\u00e9 dans son discours inaugural que l\u2019Organisation reste, malgr\u00e9 ses d\u00e9fis, un symbole d\u2019esp\u00e9rance commune et d\u2019engagement collectif. Cette derni\u00e8re\u00a0 a exhort\u00e9 les nations \u00e0 faire preuve de courage et de solidarit\u00e9 dans un esprit de coop\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce cadre, Madagascar r\u00e9affirme son attachement au multilat\u00e9ralisme et aux principes universels. La d\u00e9l\u00e9gation malgache d\u00e9fend la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019un avenir plus juste, pacifique et solidaire pour tous selon le communiqu\u00e9 du MAE.<\/p>\n<p>En marge de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, le 22 septembre, la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation a \u00e9galement particip\u00e9 \u00e0 un dialogue sur la p\u00eache au krill organis\u00e9 par le collectif The Antarctica Avengers au Goals House. Chercheurs et repr\u00e9sentants des communaut\u00e9s de l\u2019oc\u00e9an Austral ont \u00e9chang\u00e9 sur l\u2019importance de ce petit crustac\u00e9 pour l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me marin. Le krill constitue la principale nourriture des baleines qui migrent et se reproduisent dans l\u2019oc\u00e9an Indien.<\/p>\n<p>Face au risque d\u2019exploitation excessive, la Grande \u00cele plaide pour une r\u00e9gulation stricte de la p\u00eache. Le pays insiste sur la pr\u00e9servation de la biodiversit\u00e9 marine afin de garantir la survie des baleines et de permettre aux g\u00e9n\u00e9rations futures de les
