Une journ\u00e9e organis\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4tel Carlton \u00e0 Anosy, avec l\u2019appui du Programme d\u2019Appui au D\u00e9veloppement des Exportations et \u00e0 l\u2019Int\u00e9gration R\u00e9gionale (PADEIR), a permis de valider la Strat\u00e9gie Nationale d\u2019Exportation (SNE) et d\u2019approuver la strat\u00e9gie de communication de l\u2019Accord de Partenariat \u00c9conomique (APE) Madagascar-UE.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Isidore Razanakoto, Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral du Commerce, explique que Madagascar doit repenser ses exportations. Trois secteurs principaux dominent : minerais, textile et agrobusiness. Les \u00c9tats-Unis, l\u2019Europe et la Chine restent les principaux march\u00e9s, mais le MIC vise maintenant aussi la SADC, le COMESA et la ZLECAf. Selon lui, il faut \u00e9largir les march\u00e9s et augmenter la valeur des produits malgaches.<\/p>\n<p>Le textile illustre cette \u00e9volution. Les ventes vers les \u00c9tats-Unis progressent gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019AGOA, mais les nouvelles taxes am\u00e9ricaines r\u00e9duisent les marges. La vanille et d\u2019autres produits subissent le m\u00eame effet. Pour le DG, la diversification des march\u00e9s est indispensable pour prot\u00e9ger les revenus du pays.<\/p>\n<p>Beantanana Eric, Consultant \u00e0 la Banque mondiale, insiste sur une approche globale : \u00ab <i>Le commerce ne peut plus fonctionner seul. Il faut relier \u00e9ducation, infrastructures, logistique et autres secteurs<\/i> \u00bb. Trois leviers soutiennent cette strat\u00e9gie : attirer des investissements, moderniser les infrastructures et d\u00e9velopper le capital humain.<\/p>\n<p>Le manque de bateaux freine encore les exportateurs. La plupart des produits partent sans marque ni emballage, ce qui r\u00e9duit leur valeur. Pour Beantanana, le packaging, le branding et le storytelling sont essentiels, tout comme la formation de sp\u00e9cialistes en marketing et en n\u00e9gociation.<\/p>\n<p>La strat\u00e9gie encourage aussi la consommation locale et la r\u00e9duction des importations. \u00ab <i>Il faut faire confiance \u00e0 nos produits et les utiliser davantage<\/i> \u00bb, ajoute-t-il.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s huit mois de concertation entre l\u2019\u00c9tat, le secteur priv\u00e9 et plusieurs minist\u00e8res, la SNE s\u2019accompagne d\u2019un plan d\u2019action et d\u2019un suivi pr\u00e9cis. L\u2019objectif est de transformer le commerce de Madagascar en moteur de croissance, cr\u00e9ateur d\u2019emplois et facteur d\u2019am\u00e9lioration du quotidien des
