La marque Hongqi, souvent utilis\u00e9e par les hauts dirigeants chinois, symbolise le prestige et la qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0<i>Pour assurer leur bon fonctionnement, des techniciens chinois formeront des techniciens malgaches \u00e0 l\u2019entretien de ces v\u00e9hicules. Ce transfert de comp\u00e9tences vient renforcer les capacit\u00e9s locales tout en garantissant une utilisation optimale du don<\/i>\u00a0\u00bb a-t-il ajout\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Ce sommet repr\u00e9sente un moment fort pour Madagascar. Rajoelina prendra officiellement la pr\u00e9sidence tournante de la SADC, succ\u00e9dant \u00e0 son homologue du Zimbabwe. La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de passation aura lieu pendant l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement, marquant ainsi le d\u00e9but de son mandat \u00e0 la t\u00eate de l\u2019organisation r\u00e9gionale.<\/p>\n<p>Le Conseil des ministres a valid\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment les grandes lignes de la pr\u00e9paration du sommet. Un comit\u00e9 d\u2019organisation a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place et les travaux avancent progressivement au sein des diff\u00e9rentes
