OPCO Sant\u00e9, acteur principal du secteur m\u00e9dico-social, s\u2019associe \u00e0 AKTO, op\u00e9rateur unique des services sur ces territoires. L\u2019objectif est de\u00a0 faciliter l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la formation, financer les contrats en alternance et proposer un accompagnement adapt\u00e9 aux sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s locales.<\/p>\n<p>Ces trois territoires rencontrent d\u2019importants d\u00e9fis pour garantir l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux soins et services sociaux, avec une situation particuli\u00e8rement difficile \u00e0 Mayotte, r\u00e9cemment touch\u00e9e par le cyclone Chido. Ce partenariat r\u00e9pond \u00e0 ces besoins par un renforcement des comp\u00e9tences professionnelles.<\/p>\n<p>Selon Eric Deniset et Jean-Pierre Mercier, Pr\u00e9sident et Vice-pr\u00e9sident d\u2019OPCO Sant\u00e9, la convention repr\u00e9sente une avanc\u00e9e essentielle pour permettre aux \u00e9tablissements locaux de trouver des solutions emploi-formation adapt\u00e9es. De leur c\u00f4t\u00e9, Jean H\u00e9dou et Laurent Barthelemy, Pr\u00e9sident et Vice-pr\u00e9sident d\u2019AKTO, insistent sur l\u2019enjeu strat\u00e9gique d\u2019assurer un acc\u00e8s \u00e9galitaire \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 sur l\u2019ensemble du territoire fran\u00e7ais.<\/p>\n<p>Un comit\u00e9 national de suivi se r\u00e9unira deux fois par an pour piloter et ajuster les actions
